Smart Transition LLC. is an employment consulting firm that teaches traditional Customer Service Agents high income Work From Home Strategies. We specialize in virtual business development, more specifically, we help Customer Service Agents make the transition into Customer Support Entrepreneurship. We accomplish this by educating Customer Service Agents on how to maximize the work from home (IBO) Independent Business Operator Business Model.

How the Model Works

The new and exciting business model allows for Customer Service Agents to work as independent contractors from the comfort of their home offices and be paid an hourly rate. The contractual agreement is between the Agent as a “business” and the company the Agent chooses to provide phone support services for. These company include, but not limit to, Carnival Cruise Lines, ADT Home Security, Xfinity, and Agero, just to name a few.

Providing phone support for these clients as an independent contractor makes you your own boss, and gives you the flexibility of choosing the days and hours you are available to services during a give week. Essentially, you are operating a home based business, as an (IBO) Independent Business Operator around what you do best, which is providing customer service via phone.

Growing Your Business as an IBO

But that’s not All!!! This business model is also structured for entrepreneurial driven individuals who would like to maximize their business income potential. In short, this business model allows you to expand your operation by recruiting and hiring other Customer Service Agents to service under your home based business entity. In this scenario you would assume the role of the IBO of any Agent that you bring on board, where you would provide direction, support, and guidance, in exchange for a percentage of their hourly rate. Not to mention earning a $200 referral bonus for each agent you bring on board.
